<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Tradisjonen tro får jeg nesten si, så skal vi til Hundorp å konkurrerer i september. Skip skal debutere i eliteklassen og Xpress skal gå sin tredje klasse 1-konkurranse.</p>
<p>Jeg skal prøve å være flink til å trene fellesdekk med Xpress frem mot stevnet, kanskje kan vi klare opprykket da. Fellesdekk er desverre noe jeg utsetter og utsetter fordi jeg synes det er kjedelig å trene på, men det straffer seg :o) På Hønefoss 1. juli ville Xpress fått opprykk om han hadde ligget på fellesdekken....</p>
<p>Når det gjelder Skip i eliteklassen er det veldig åpent - alle øvelsene er "i boks" men han mangler vel litt trening på "uforutsett baneoppstilling". Men jeg gleder meg til å komme i gang i Eliten - jeg trenger et kick nå :o)</p>

So che sembra folle, ma mi ha reso molto più felice di quando per la prima volta ho visto il mio nome su una copertina. Dentro quel librino impaginato ci sono due anni di fatica, impegno e pazienza, ci sono inciampi e delusioni, risultati e belle promesse. E l'amicizia con F. e con A., che senza saperlo mi hanno restituito la testarda fiducia nelle persone che gli anni padani avevevano martoriato.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://Ingen"></a>Missi har løpetid, og om guttene her hjemme er slitne av å gå å håpe, så er Missi minst like sliten av maset deres. Missi har aldri vært interessert i hannhunder uansett når i perioden hun, er og hun bruker vanvittig mye energi på å holde dem unna.</p>
<p>Så da drar vi på "jentetur" alene i skogen vi, så kan guttene sitte hjemme og hyle, he he... Neida, så ille er dem ikke. De henger på henne som "et slips" når hun er i nærheten men det er lite lyd fra dem. Dessuten går de på rundgang så de henger ikke på henne mer enn èn om gangen.</p>
<p>Denne gangen var Xpress først ute, han begynte tidlig i perioden hennes, og har vel ikke sovet på nesten en uke. Nå har Champ hatt sin tørn, men Skip ser ikke ut til å bry seg om henne i det hele tatt. Dem er en merkelig gjeng :o)</p>

De andre gutta mine er stort sett "rett på" - får seg en karamell av henne og lusker bort, før de gjør et nytt forsøk. Men Missi har aldri vært glad i "innpåslitne mannfolk", selv ikke under løpetiden, så alle deres iherdige forsøk er alltid forgjeves. </p>
<p>Men Xpress vet å kurtisere en dame, så her må jeg nok passe på litt ja, for Missi godtar faktisk jålestrekene fra han. Men Xpress har ett lite problem: han er for kort i beina. Det ser jo bare så utrolig komisk ut når han prøver å komme opp på henne! :o) Minner meg om reklamen for "Gule sider på internett" som gikk  på tv for en tid tilbake :o)</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0 0 10pt;"><span style="font-size:small;font-family:Calibri;">This week has been very much a mixed bag sort of week.<span>  </span>I felt as if I was starting to get sick and had all the common symptoms but today, Sunday, nothing has changed too much so I am wondering what it is.<span>  </span>I did a pretty good week of exercise considering this.<span>  </span>Regardless of this feeling I continued my exercise program with reduced intensity.<span>  </span>My exercises for this week were:</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0 0 10pt;"><span style="font-size:small;">I found this tasty, healthy, easy vegetarian meal called “<em>Roasted Pumpkin &#38; Moroccan Rice</em>” in the Woman’s Day magazine, May 12, 2008, p76.<span>  </span>I decided to try out a vegetarian meal for everyone to enjoy!<span>  </span>It was so good I had to have a double serve!<span>  </span>The recipe is attached here:</span></p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Nach einigen Tests mit Xpress 7.31 bin ich nicht mehr davon überzeugt, daß die Zukunft des DTP allein mit Indesign gestaltet wird. Xpress 7.3 läuft runder, eventuell auch schneller als noch in der Erstversion. Hat nach anfänglichen Bedenken nun wieder auf meiner Liste der bevorzugten Programme Platz genommen. Zur Zeit werden die meisten Jobs aber immer noch auf 6.5 erstellt, einfach weil da alles rund läuft und Programmabstürze fast schon der Vergangenheit angehören.</p>
