Dragonball is an upcoming 2009 American live-action film adaptation of the Dragon Ball media franchise. The story centers around the adventures of the lead character, Goku, from his childhood into adulthood. The film began development in 2002, and is directed by James Wong and produced by Stephen Chow. It is scheduled for release on April 3, 2009. Actor Justin Chatwin was cast as Goku, and James Marsters will be portraying Lord Piccolo, the antagonist of the film.

Summary
The story begins with a young humanoid boy named Goku, who discovers that he was sent to Earth to blend in and destroy our population but instead elects to protect it from an oncoming alien onslaught bent on dominating the universe and controlling the mystical objects. He seeks out upon his adoptive grandfather Grandpa Gohan's dying request to find the great Master Roshi and gather all seven Dragon Balls. Of which he has one, in order to prevent the evil Lord Piccolo from succeeding in his desire to use the Dragon Balls to take over the world. I'm not sure why we're going back into the lame bland state of R&B.  There was just no spark in this song or anything that really made the song stand out in anyway.  I'm noticing though that Mai is using a lot of vibrato within the song which is pretty shocking since she's hasn't relied heavily on it yet.  Still very bland as an A-side goes.

2. What I feel

I actually liked this track more, only because it's a lot more faster and reminds me of "delicious way" a bit.  It's quite soothing for being such an upbeat track whichI guess is a good change.  She still needs some English lessons because her accenting is quite harsh on a few stuff.  The guy's moment though killed the moment altogether because it didn't make much sense.  Still it's pretty good

3. Reach for the sky GOMI REMIX

Only reason I'm reviewing this is because it's on the album.  Already I think this beats out the original by miles.  Giving it a dance style and some guitar to make it sound like it has the feeling of flight in it really gave the song some life.  The 2nd verse sounds totally different sounding a bit more darker, but hops back into the fluffiness of the airy dance sounds.  Awesome remix.

Mai, I'm starting to dislike your R&B style altogether since you rarely change out of it and sometimes it comes out very bland.  With Reach for the sky, it was boring and not really interesting in terms of overall performance.  What I feel was definitly A-side material and probably would have been the better track.  The remix at least the one I only have was already so much better than the original and I'm happy it was on the album

When I came here, I didn't know how charming Chiang Mai would be. It was called "The Rose Of The North" and I expected it to be a little metropolitan. But, what I experienced is the tiniest of cities city at the bank of a river with great peoples and quaint surroudings. The green is lush and the hospitality is noting short of grand. The temples are many and very varied. Actually, we had a full day tour just visiting temples and wats. The night bazaar is full and loud. I am glad we did this detour to the north. So much so, that tomorrow we are thinking of heading to Chiang Rai and the golden triangle to see where Thailand, Laos and Myanmar meet. I will keep you posted.

Went to the Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT), at the back of KLIA….this terminal looks like cargo terminal…everything built here are at low- cost….first time met with our local tour guide called as Kally…then queue up to approve all these and that…then faster eat breakfast at McDonald…then speed towards the entrance…wah…a lot of people..need to get front place…if not, later cannot find a good place to sit in the plane…what is bad about Air Asia plane is that they have no ticket numbers!!!

    In the plane, wah…so small…everything so small..from the lane to the size of the seats…and we have to pay in cash to buy the food and drinks in there…spend around 2 hours plus in the plane…tired…so sleep a while while on flight…

    Reaching Chiang Mai International Airport..so small also…I wonder how this airport gets the international status..take photos and then met with the Chiang Mai tour guide who is from Forever Travel Company…she is called as Siao Ling...go on Super Highway to reach the Mae Tang Elephant Safari…quite far from center of Chiang Mai…

    Reached there in the jungle and hills, have buffet as lunch…honestly, food served here all not nice….doesn’t even look like a buffet…later, go on elephant ride…really shock….

The elephant me and my dad ride on is so brilliant..it goes on sloppy lanes while others do not go as it is quite dangerous…my dad called it as F1 also because it walked quite fast while we are on top of it…quite scary actually…after a long period on elephant…then we go back by cow ride….so many rides here…cow ride is nice too…me, dad, my second eldest sister and my sister’s friend are on a ride by two white cows…

    Then we go watch elephants taking bath on the river…and they sprayed water to us…haha…then go watch performances by the elephants,…dancing…playing football and basketball, moving trunks..the most exciting part is the elephant called as Suda drawing….wah…thumbs up for this little elephant…actually quite big also… this is what the elephant drawn with it’s signature on it…believe it or not...

Then..our rides haven’t finished…we moved on to bamboo rafting…..taking a deeper look into jungles and hills…as well as the muddy river….i wonder if there is a crocodile in there,.,.scary…haha…

      Then we go to the Orchid Butterfly Farm…I didn’t see any butterflies in here…but a lot of orchids of different species and colours…beautiful…

Then go back hotel called as Chiang Mai Holiday (CH) Hotel..quite near to the city centre and very near to the popular night bazaar…this three star hotel also not bad…room is quite spacious… the hotel main entrance….

Rest a while then go out for dinner at Suriwongse Hotel…buffet again…but this time is better..in a nice hotel, more variety of food, air-conditioned and got people singing while you are eating…how comfortable it is…

Then go walk around night bazaar..quite hot here…a lot of Western people come here for tourism…very good place for tourists indeed…

The night bazaar…here a lot of hawkers like to put up a very high price to cheat the tourists…we aware of this..and we bargain and cut cut cut until…over half price of the original price proposed by the hawkers…how greedy are them…haiz…what to do…they just want to earn more and we want to save more…to buy more…haha

2^nd day (2/10/2008) – the originally proposed trip to the Doi SuThep Temple is actually on the first day..but then postponed to second day…this temple is the most famous in Chiang Mai and in whole Northern Thailand…it is on the hill and can be called as Twin Dragons Temple (Suang Long Se Miao, in Pinyin Mandarin).

When we reached there..uui..why so many security guards and policemens there one???very curious..so our tour guide asked them…Oh my God…the Thailand Prime Minister, Somchai Wongsawat will be visiting this temple later…so coincident and surprising….then we go take a look in the temple while waiting for the prime minister of Thailand to come…the temple looks marvelous and splendid…

Walking around this pagoda for three times is believed to bring you luck for a year..so I tried…don’t know whether it is real or not…

Deng…deng….the prime minister is accompanied by so many people and I tried to get near to take better and clearer pictures of him…so many people now..all wanted to take a look at him…such a ‘big’ and important person I have ever seen….when I am about to take photo of him, he looked at us and waved his hand…press the button..hurry….and yes…that’s it….

Then we go take a short sightseeing…from the temple…we can see the whole city of Chiang Mai, the second largest city of Thailand….Chiang Mai has very less tall buildings…only like around four….spectacular view from this temple…

Then we go all the industry and factories…these factories and industry are selling and making leather, gems, jewelleries, paper umbrellas,bird nests, shark fins, etc…..got one section in the paper umbrella industry place…is a place where talented people draw something on a a shirt requested by the people (drawings,names) and charge very cheaply….here it is…I requested one of them to make one for me also…

Then at night, we ate at Kantoke Palace, a cultural restaurant..a very high-class restaurant where we have to take off our shoes, eat gently while watching people performing traditional cultural Thai dances….nice…

3^rd day (3/10/2008) – today have to wake up very early…because we need to go Chiang Rai…the northern most part of Thailand..border with Myanmar and Laos….We spent four hours in the bus to reach Chiang Rai…in the middle of the ride…we stopped a while for around an hour to visit the Hot Spring…

The water here is like boiling…can boil eggs here…no wonder can smell some egg’s smell around this place…

Reaching Chiang Rai, can’t even see a tall building here….

Went to the Village of Tribes…here we can see a lot of different tribes people with their culture…first of all, the most special one in the Long Neck Village…the women here have to wear that kind of heavy thing around their necks beginning from five years old… these tribes cannot get out of this village..because they do not have identification card of Thailand…if they go out, they will be caught…pity them…

Going through different types of tribes…we saw performances like traditional dances….

Then we go to extra places not offered in the schedule..so we have to pay more…RM150 more..to go to the King’s GrandMa Garden and House, boat ride on Mekong River and short visit to Laos border.

We need to ride on a special vehicle made to travel along sloppy hill to go up to the King’s GrandMa Garden and House…we need to be very silent in the house…and take a look at this traditional styled house..actually the King’s GrandMa passed away already long time ago, so they opened this place for visitors….

From this house , the view of Chiang Rai can be seen clearly from here too….

Then we go visit the garden..so big and beautiful…a lot of different species of flowers can be found here..really nice…

Then, we went down the hill…Next destination, Mae Sai…the borderline between Thailand and Myanmar…here got a lot of shopping streets…. The borderline …can u see the flags…half part of the bridge belongs to Thailand and another half belongs to Myanmar…

The shopping street nearby…looks like Petaling Street…

Next, we moved on to the Golden Triangle…the Mekong River is the one that separates Thailand, Myanmar and Laos…in the middle of it is called as Golden Triangle…quite near from this place is China…

In the boat ride to the Laos border ..now I scared whether got giant sharks or monsters under this historical river or not…haha….we go to Laos without needing the passport…great?...the Laos border…

Then we go to take a look at one Myanmar casino building on the Myanmar border…we didn’t go there..just take a look…then go back to Thailand…have dinner besides the Mekong River which is very dark at night….then go out a while to take photos of the monument built to commemorate Thailand’s King rule of Thailand for over 60 years….actually there is one more Statue of Buddha at the side of this…so sparkling at night…

Then go back to Chiang Rai…reached the Inn Come Hotel…quite a nice hotel also…with its services, facilities but not its breakfast.,..nothing to eat one…only few breads…the entrance of the hotel looks good…

4^th day (4/10/2008) – We went to the White Temple…this is a very big private temple..wholly owned and developed by a famous artist from Chiang Rai (local artist)…he spent so much on building this temple..and it is getting bigger and bigger through its new construction…the architecture of this temple is very fantastic…sparkling too…..then we go see the art gallery of the artist (I forgot the name) too…

The we go shopping a while besides this temple where got stalls selling items also…the weather is very hot…all sweating…then we returned back to Chiang Mai..four hours bus ride again…haiz…

Then we go to Thai Silk Factory, Thai Honey Industry and Silverware Industry. After that, we proceed back to the previous hotel in Chiang Mai, the CH Hotel again..but this time different room in the same floor…

Go to Central Airport Plaza with my sister and her friend…go there of course go shopping lah…but the items sold here is quite expensive also..but this plaza looks grand too….we go to this plaza and back to hotel with the Taxi (a very cute little vehicle specially in Thailand)…in the vehicle..quite cool…not the driver…the feeling of sitting in here is nice…

Then we go eat steamboat as our dinner at a nearby hotel called as Star Hotel..then we proceed to night bazaar again…this time we (I and my family) brought a lot of things especially T-shirts…very special, nice and cheap..then we saw some talented people selling their drawings drawn based on the photographs given…their drawings looks so real and looks almost exactly like in the photographs…cool…

But the weather is super hot…after some bargaining and purchasing, finally we went back to our hotel….take a rest…

The Le Merdian Hotel (5 star)…why aren’t we stay in here…so nice…the lighting of the building is cool….near the night bazaar too..

This hotel also not bad..right in front of Le Meridien Hotel..taller than Le Meridien…it is called as Royal Lanna Hotel..i think this one is four or five star hotel also…

Another one tall building besides the Le Meridien Hotel too…the DuangTawan Hotel…five star hotel too…none of it I stayed before…haiz..very expensive worr…not affordable..

5^th day (5/10/2008) – took breakfast (buffet) at the same hotel ….packed up all the things..have to go back Kuala Lumpur today already…haiz…need to leave already…sayonara…Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai…and Thailand…and to the tour guide…

We went to the Chiang Mai International Airport…queue again…same procedures again….this airport really small…

Then fly back to Kuala Lumpur…by Air Asia again….reached KL at LCC Terminal at around 2 to 3 pm…the LCC Terminal is so poor in looking…should upgrade futher…and now they are upgrading…KLIA is far more better than this LCC Terminal…

In the flight, have to take this photo faster before they start to fly….have to turn off handphone during the flight….in the plane, start to turn sad already…holiday ends..so fast….and schooling days come again…with all my final assignments, projects, blah…blah…blah….later only cares about that….

LCC Terminal got so many people..more than the KLIA..got shopping a while..here items are duty-free…then say bye to the local tour guide and other people who are in the same travel agent with us…yeah…forget to mention the name of the travel agent ….Mar Sin Thai Travel Agent…this agent quite good also…A very exciting and memorable trip to Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai, Northern Thailand!!!

Que le chef d'un parti politique organise un rassemblement, je veux bien.  Rien de plus normal, surtout pendant une campagne électorale, pourrait-on dire.

Mais il y a un hic.

Si le bloc québécois dénonce haut et fort les politiques des conservateurs de Stephen Harper, que propose-t-il, à la place?

Le bloc ne prendra JAMAIS le pouvoir, c'est mathématiquement prouvé.  Avec 75 candidats, pour 308 circonscriptions, le bloc a été très chanceux de pouvoir former, à une seule occasion jusqu'à maintenant, l'opposition officielle.

C'est là que je reconnais l'aspect distinct des québécois.  On casse du sucre sur le dos du premier ministre, on le traite de tous les noms, mais on ne propose RIEN à la place.  C'est vrai; comment peut-on promettre des réalisations aux québécois si l'on a aucune chance de former un gouvernement?  Très typique des québécois en général, et de la go-gauche, en particulier.

Pourquoi je fais un lien, ici, avec la go-gauche?  Parce que Gilles Duceppe est d'abord un militant marxiste-léniniste, donc, à peu de choses près, un communiste!  Il a saisi la balle au bond, lors de la fondation du bloc québécois, pour en devenir le premier député élu, les quelques autres, dont Lucien Bouchard, ayant "défroqué" d'autres partis fédéraux pour fonder le parti.  Ainsi, de par son orientation politique principale, Gilles Duceppe est plus proche de Québec Suicidaire - bon, d'accord, Québec Solidaire - que du PQ!

Gilles Duceppe, tandis qu'on en parle, est passé maître dans l'art du changement d'idée rapide.  On se souvient tous de son élan à vouloir prendre la chefferie du parti québécois, suite à la démission d'André Boisclair, en mai 2007.  Au lieu de prendre le téléphone, et d'appeler Pauline Marois, afin de savoir si elle était intéressée, il se présente en sauveur du PQ, sans prévenir.  Le lendemain, alors que Pauline 1ère a annoncé qu'elle allait se présenter comme chef du PQ, Gilles Duceppe, au lieu de s'embarquer dans une course à la chefferie, s'est retiré, la queue entre les deux jambes.  Avant cela, en novembre 2006, Gilles Duceppe a déchiré sa chemise, aux Communes, en refusant d'appuyer une motion, déposée par le gouvernement conservateur, qui stipule "Que les Québécois forment une nation au sein d'un Canada uni", parce qu'il ne veut pas des mots "au sein d'un Canada uni", et se dit même prêt à voter contre.  48 heures plus tard, tous les députés du bloc, Duceppe compris, ont voté en faveur de la motion conservatrice.  Bref, Gilles Duceppe n'a vraiment pas besoin de se mettre un bonnet sur la tête, pour avoir l'air fou!

On dit que la devise du Québec est "Je me souviens".  Peut-être, mais celle des québécois est plutôt "Je me souviens... de RIEN!"  Le bloc québécois n'apportera jamais rien, au Québec.  Ça fait 18 ans, qu'il est à Ottawa, et pendant tout ce temps - et particulièrement pendant les années libérales, le Québec a vu sa position, dans le Canada, s'affaiblir.  Le bloc préfère s'acoquiner avec les "artisses", en BMW, qui braillent parce qu'ils ont perdu leurs subventions, que de s'associer aux travailleurs québécois, qui paient des impôts à Ottawa, et qui voudraient que ces argents servent à autre chose qu'à subventionner des galas.  Gilles Duceppe a trouvé le point faible des québécois; il parvient à transformer des coupures à quelques privilégiés en attaque contre tous les québécois.  Et le bon peuple, qui ne se souvient de rien, embarque.

Du côté de la justice, Gilles Duceppe a encore déchiré sa chemise contre le projet conservateur de resserrer les filets de la justice envers les jeunes contrevenants, profitant du fait que les québécois ignorent que la loi à venir, qui permettrait à la justice de condamner un jeune de 14 ans à la prison à vie, ne s'appliquera même pas au Québec!  C'est ça, de l'honnêteté, monsieur Duceppe?

Tout cela pour dire que le bloc aura beau organiser des gros shows - payés en partie avec vos impôts (1) - à Saint-Hyacinthe, ou ailleurs, pour ma part, hors de question d'appuyer le bloc, dans cette campagne électorale.  Personnellement, j'ai déjà voté, vendredi dernier, par anticipation, et je n'ai pas voté bloc.  Et j'encourage tous les électeurs québécois à ne pas voter pour le bloc.  La raison est fort simple; ils crient au loup, très fort, créent un sentiment de panique, dans la population, mais ils n'ont rien à proposer, à la place!

(1) Les partis politiques qui reçoivent un certain pourcentage de votes, lors des élections générales, ont droit au remboursement, par le gouvernement fédéral, donc, via vos impôts, de 50% de leurs dépenses d'élections.  Le bloc québécois remplit ce critère, comme les quatre autres principaux partis politiques fédéraux, dont les chefs étaient présents aux débats télévisés.

~The Princess will Fight~

Sayaka und ihre Chefin, die Präsidentin des Projektes, sprechen über Cephillia, Feenas Mama. Feena, Tatsuya und Natsuki sind am Fluss. Tatsuya und Natsuki erinnern sich daran, dass sie als sie noch klein waren, immer in diesem Fluss geschwommen sind. Plötzlich sehen sie wie ein Hund im Fluss ertrinkt. Feena springt sofort rein und gelangt zum Hund, jedoch kann sie selbst nicht schwimmen. Deswegen springt Tatsuya ihr hinterher und rettet sie. Irgendjeamdn muss bei Feena ne Mund-zu-Mund Beatmung machen. Natsuki wird knallrot und fällt um. Da muss Tatsuya ran. Bevor er es machen kann, taucht das blonde Mädchen auf und zaubert Feena wieder Gesund. Das kleine Mädchen bedankt sich bei Feena dafür, dass sie den Hund gerettet hat. Als Tatsuya nur in Shorts in sein Zimmer geht, trifft er dort auf Takano und seinem Aisstenten. Die Beiden gucken sich ein Video an. Sie haben die ganz Rettungsakiton aufgenommen. Dann wechseln sie die Videos. Sie haben auch aufgenommen, wie die Mädels duschen bzw. baden. Als Mai in sein Zimmer kommt, wird er panisch. Sie sieht das Video und schlägt ihn mit nem Kissen. Mia und Feena kommen auch und sehen auch das Video. Sie gehen alle auf ihn drauf. Am Ende glauben sie Tatsuya und entschuldigen sich bei ihm. Mia erkundigt sich nach nem Zimmer. Sie gehen alle in das Zimmer. Es ist das Labor ihres Vaters. Er ist so ne Art Archäloge.  Mia möchte das Zimmer sauber machen. Doch dann sieht bzw. hört sie die Insekten. Schon beschließen sie umzukehren. Mia wird ohnmächtig. Feena und Mai schubsen Tatsuya aus dem Zimmer und fallen dann mit ihm die Treppe runter. Mai hat dann so ne Art Halluzination und Tatsuya ist ohnmächtig. Feena fällt auf, dass Mia fehlt. Sie holt ihre Waffen und geht sie retten. Ihre Beschützerin taucht mit nem Hubschrauber auf und nimmt sie mit. Dann schießt sie mit ner Bome auf das zimmer. Als Sayaka nach Hause kommt, sieht sie das ihr Haus brennt. Später: Die ganze Familie bekommt deswegen ärger von ihr. Tatsuya meint, wenn Feena mal in schwierigkeiten steckt, wirder ihr helfen.

Oare are rost să mai reclam la miliţie că poliţia şi cei care fac legi încalcă Regulamentul circulaţiei rutiere?

Stimate domnule Preşedinte, vreau să va aduc la cunoştinţă că iniţiativa dumneavoastră referitor la aşa zisa “curăţenie în rîndurile poliţiei” şi lupta cu fenomenul corupţiei a provocat opinii contraversate în rîndurile efectivului MAI.

Adică, acea parte a colaboratorilor care în propria opinie se consideră cinstiţi (apropos, de către alţii consideraţi proşti că nu fură) s-au bucurat de noile schimbări şi tendinţe, cealaltă parte pe care dumneavoastră personal i-aţi numit hoţi şi i-aţi aratat întregii ţări, la drept vorbind s-au cam scîrbit.

Eu făcînd parte din cei “proşti” la fel m-am bucurat.

Cu regret bucuria noastră nu a durat mult.

Tot încerc să înţeleg ce s-a întîmplat. Ca exemplu, după cunoscuta de către toţi şedinţă de la Consiliul suprem de securitate în cadrul căreia s-a apreciat rolul şi eficacitatea Centrului de combatere a traficului de persone, cît şi aspectul nivelului de corupţie în rîndurile colaboratorilor acestui centru, dumneavoastră personal a-ţi dispus restructurarea, aprecierea nivelului professional şi curăţirea rîndurilor acestui “cuib de hoţi”, totuşi a început procesul.

Sînt sigur, că vi s-a raportat despre numărul persoanelor ce n-au fost atestate, fie din motivul pregătirii profesionale sub nivelul necesar, fie din motivul implicării acestora în acte de corupţie, protecţionizm, iar în unele cazuri, chiar de banditizm curat.

Sună logic, acei colaboratori şi conducători care în doar cîţiva ani de activitate în cadrul acestei subdiviziuni, cu onestul salariu de poliţist au reuşit să-şi procure apartamente, automobile luxoase şi să-şi pună pe picioare cite o afacere profitabilă, în sfîrşit au fost descoperiţi şi disponibilizaţi. Toţi cei “proşti” ne aşteptam şi la meritata pedeapsa aplicată în cadrul legii de către organele abilitate acestor “oboroteni v pogonah”, cum i-a numit domnul Ion Berbinschii la o conferinţă de presă.

Din păcate nu a fost să fie. Pînă la moment v-am descris acele evenimente pe care dumneavoastră cred că le cunoşteţi. Acum aş vrea să vă comunic unele momente pe care puţin probabil că vi le-a raportat cineva. Logica întrebare, totuşi ce s-a întîmplat pînă la urmă cu “hoţii”? Ce s-a întîmplat cu Eduard Sibov, cu Andrian Creţu, ambii anterior cu cîteva dosare penale pornite în privinţa lor în cadrul cărora au fost anchetaţi în stare de arest? Ar fi bine de mediatizat şi aceste momente - cum ar fi posibil ca, în cîteve cazuri la rînd, procuratura să pornească cauze penale în privinţa lor şi ulterior să le claseze? Oare merge vorba de o eroare de anchetă ? Sau pe parcursul activităţii în organele de drept au acumulat destule mijloace financiare ca să “cumpere” cîteva dosare. Poate că Femida e orbă, dare eu fiind un “prost” nu prea cred în asta.

În orice caz, aş fi bucuros să văd cum va evalua procesul în continuare în privinţa acestora, chiar dacă sînt convins că fiind rupţi de la “cîrnaţ” vor fi numiţi la “icre negre“.

Despre alţii doi “bravi luptători cu traficul de fiinţe umane”, Ruslan Chitaica şi Sergiu Mamaliga - iarăşi, puţin probabil că v-a raportat cineva care-i soarta acestora după neatestarea lor de către comisia ministerială.

Paradoxal dar fapt - ambii după ce Comisia nominalizată a apreciat că nivelul lor profesional nu corespunde funcţiei deţinute au fost numiţi în funcţii în cadrul Direcţiei securitate internă, subdiviziune investită cu sarcini de control şi supraveghere a legalităţii activităţii poliţiei. Cum poate o personă apreciată ca fiind incompatibilă cu o funcţie din cadrul unei subdiviziuni simple şi bănuită de implicare în acte de corupţie să fie numită în funcţie în cadrul unei subdiviziuni de supraveghere şi să efectuieze verificări şi aprecieri a activităţii altor colaboratori? Într-un cuvînt au numit „lupii” să păzească „oile”.

În esenţă, dacă a fost apreciat de către conducerea ţării că efectivul Centrului este corupt, iarăşi logica întrebare, oare conducerea Centrului de la acel moment nu primea oare foloase de pe urma ilegalităţilor subalternilor? Cu domnul Petru Plop, totul e clar, a plecat la “odihna bine meritată”, dar cu adjunctul acestuia Veaceslav Ceban ce s-a întîmplat? În puţine ţări ale lumii putem întîlni aşa ceva. După disponibilizarea de la Centru a fost numit şef-adjunct al Direcţiei securitate internă. Vă rog să credeţi că nimeni, nici efectivul MAI, nici cetăţenii nu pot înţelege esenţa unei astfel de lupte cu corupţia şi protecţionizmul. Tot timpul se vorbeşte despre necesitatea ridicării nivelului professional al poliţiştilor, despre schimbarea spre bine a imaginii organelor de drept în faţa populaţiei şi comunităţii internaţionale. Nu cred că o asfel de rotaţie a diferitor “cadre preţioase” dintr-un loc la altul va apropia de un final reuşit sarcinile trasate de către dumneavoastră în faţa întregii comunităţi.

Aş putea prelungi şirul exemplelor pînă la nesfîrşit, rog să mă credeţi că în 18 ani de serviciu în organele afacerilor interne am sesizat destule.

Vreau doar să spun că foarte des în mass-media sînt descrise cazuri de depistare a diferitor colaboratori copupţi, statistica cred că v-a fost raportată. Ar fi bines să vă raporteze şi ulterioara soartă a dosarelor fie disciplinare, fie penale. În cazul că veţi solicita informaţia respectivă, cred că veţi fi şocat- 90% din toţi colaboratorii care au fost învinuiţi de diferite acte ilicite despre care vi s-a raportat, cît dumneavoastră ătît şi în mass-media, activează în continuare şi prelungesc “strălucita” carieră de apărători ai legii.

Ca exemplu, cazuri despre care cunoaşteţi, cum ar fi comisariatul Anenii Noi, Comisariatul Aerian, ultimele disponibilizări din poliţia rutieră. Vă rog să solicitaţi informaţii şi să aflaţi ce s-a întîmplat cu aceşti colaboratori. Şi multe alte cazuri.

Puţin probabil să se schimbe ceva în MAI după ce veţi ciţi această adresare, dar totuţi, speranţa moare ultima.
