So, Last night I was trying to sort out my DVD collection. I started when I was 17 and I haven't really stopped spending spare money I have. Anyway, they have been strewn across my room for some time and so my parents bought some nice pale yellow storage boxes to put them all in. What a bad idea. They only bought four and they hold 15 DVDs each. As you can guess they weren't enough.

Anyway, From the clue I just gave you in the above boring, Guess how many DVDs I have?!?

I will tell you, it's not more than 200. The winner will receive some in knowing that they are faintly connected to my mind? The winner gets my praise. Good Luck and Good Guessing.

Tittar man på den historiska tids linje Guess har haft på sina kampanjer, ser man den röda tråden av otrolig sexighet med influenser från Kalifornien. Confession: I really can't talk right now. After a few episodes of Mad Men Season I last night, I had to go to bed early, because I had to be at a "retreat" this morning at 7AM. Vom. My favorite new trend that is hitting fashion is tucking the hem of the pants into high-top shoes! It looks awesome and works great if you're gonna hit the club. That way you won't ruin the bottoms of the legs when you get out there and dance!! And what outfit would be complete without adding some accessories? None! So here are my choices!

So, that is only one of the outfits that I got in LA. I got a few other things that I will be sure to post at a later date. I also will be putting up more future outfits and hopefully be doing some shoots with them!!

Sometimes the results might surprise you!

Years, centuries ago, a lot of people left Holland for the 'promissed' land of hope, America. That's why NYC was named 'New Amsterdam' before. I guess most of al New Yorkers don't know about this history anymore. Probably next year, 2009, when a lot of festivals in NY and Amsterdam will be organised. On the photo 'Hotel New York' in Rotterdam, a lot of Dutch people left from Rotterdam to the United States.

Who likes math? I don’t and most people probably don’t like math either because of the complex processes, formulas and solutions it involves. But math is one of the top brain stimulants and Estimate It sure knows how to give your brain some exercise, and the best thing is that it’s simple enough that you don’t have to compute for anything.

Indeed, Estimate It is fairly easy to play. Basically, you are given ten seconds each round to guess the number of items you will see on the screen. You don’t actually have to count each and every item you see (actually, you won’t have time to) so you just have to make a fair guess of how many you think there are on the screen.

As you go through each level the number of the items increase and the harder it is to guess how many they are. You have to keep trying, though, since you have to get accurate answers not lower than 70% to move on. Get the exact number right and you even get a nice bonus.

Don’t let the simplicity of Estimate It fool you, though. Yes, it is simple but it greatly stimulates your brain specifically in performing rapid estimates. Your brain will get used to thinking in a fast pace especially if you do these kinds of mind exercises to give yourself a little math workout from time to time.

You might even find making decisions easier. After all, life is a series of decisions, both big and small. It is full of risks, too, and sometimes, you have to estimate the pros and cons of certain situations as quickly as you can.

Surprisingly, I find myself playing Estimate It a lot of times even if I’m not really a math whiz or a fan of it. I just enjoy the excitement of guessing and making a simple estimate of the quantity of various objects. I’m sure anyone will get hooked to this game just like me. Besides, what could be better than playing and learning at the same time?

Перед просмотром было немного времени и мы прошлись по магазинам в поисках свежачка для гардероба — мне очень нужны были джинсы. Первым магазином, в который мы вошли почему-то был великий, всемирно известный и популярнейший ГУЕС. Фирма известная и под своим брендом шьёт джинсы, кофты, сумки. Выпускает украшения и часы. Серьёзная фирма с серьёзными ценами. В среднем 7 штук за джинсы.

Знаете, я готов выложить 7 тысяч за хорошие джинсы. Но вот одна проблема — мне очень трудно подобрать себе джинсы или брюки, потому что у меня нормальные ноги. Не такие как у современных мальчиков — тонкие и длинные, больше похожие на женские. Фигура у меня тоже нормальная, не засушенная и живота не свисает. Рост тоже хороший: 180 см, не меньше.

Но Гуес, увы, не оказался исключением. Поэтому, ещё раз убедившись в примерочной что я не создан для всемирно известных моднейших брендов, я вышел расстроенный без приобретений. Но к счастью по пути мы увидели павильон неизвестной фирмы Кельвин Кляйн и рискнули заглянуть в него. Конечно никому не хочется носить вещи какой-то непонятной забугорной фирмы с сомнительной репутацией, но я решил померить первые попавшиеся джинсы, потому что ситуация грозила мне остаться без нормальных джинс ещё на недели две, — носить уже почти нечего и времени купить тоже, как водится, нет. И… о чудо! Они мне подошли.

Не с первого раза конечно, потому что размер был больше чем надо. Но когда принесли джинсы на размер меньше, то я в них залез как в родные. Как будто я их купил недели две назад и успешно обносил. В них удобно и сидят хорошо, а главное длина. Длина идеальная. Не надо ничего подрезать, подгибать подтягивать с помощью ремня. Всё так как надо. Единственно что огорчило так это цена. Всего 4 тысячи рублей с копейками. Очень хотелось отвалить за них семёру, но не дали.

Вот так вот мы ушли довольные с новыми джинсами и кофточкой (для Наты) смотреть Гитлер Капут.

Послесловие.

Кстати, на фильм пришли вовремя, потому что пришли через 10 минут после начала сеанса.

Вот у Черского похожие проблемы, но выход из ситуации другой.
