Be bold. Use the tags around some of your keywords on each page. Do NOT use them everywhere the keyword appears. Once or twice is plenty.

Deep linking. Make sure you have links coming in to as many pages as possible. What does it tell a search engine when other web sites are linking to different pages on your site? That you obviously have lots of worthwhile content. What does it tell a search engine that all your links are coming in to the home page? That you have a shallow site of little value, or that your links were generated by automation rather than by the value of your site. Here is an example of deep linking, in this case to my personal happiness workbook.

Become a foreigner. Canada and the UK have many directories for websites of companies based in those countries. Can you get a business address in one of those countries?

Newsletters. Offer articles to ezine publishers that archive their ezines. The links stay live often for many years in their archives.

First come, first served. If you must have image links in your navigation bar, include also text links. However, make sure the text links show up first in the source code, because search engine robots will follow the first link they find to any particular page. They won't follow additional links to the same page. You can see this in action at the link to the home page on this web site monitoring page

Multiple domains. If you have several topics that could each support their own website, it might be worth having multiple domains. Why? First, search engines usually list only one page per domain for any given search, and you might warrant two. Second, directories usually accept only home pages, so you can get more directory listings this way. Why not a site dedicated to gumbo pudding pops?

Article exchanges. You've heard of link exchanges, useless as they generally are. Article exchanges are like link exchanges, only much more useful. You publish someone else's article on the history of pudding pops with a link back to their site. They publish your article on the top ten pudding pop flavors in Viet Nam, with a link back to your site. You both have content. You both get high quality links. (More on high quality links in other tips.)

Titles for links. Links can get titles, too. Not only does this help visually impaired surfers know where you are sending them, but some search engines figure this into their relevancy for a page.

Not anchor text. Don't overdo the anchor text. You don't want all your inbound links looking the same, because that looks like automation - something Google frowns upon. Use your URL sometimes, your company name other times, "Gumbo Pudding Pop" occasionally, "Get gumbo pudding pops" as well, "Gumbo-flavored pudding pops" some other times, etc.

Site map. A big site needs a site map, which should be linked to from every page on the site. This will help the search engine robots find every page with just two clicks. A small site needs a site map, too. It's called the navigation bar. See how the second navigation bar at the bottom of Last Minute Florida Villas is like a mini-site map?

There is a lot more to search engine optimization, and there are always more details when looking at an individual site. But these tips should help any website significantly improve its rankings.

Tak penting mengetahui siapakah gerangan penggagas Mugue (bukan mug lo) itu -- yang jelas bukan saya. Tak perlu juga kita melacak gagasan dan cerita di balik kemunculan blog itu.

THIS IS SPAIN'S YEAR!

Note: Sorry I couldn't translate all the Spanish commentaries as well as Pepe Reina's songs to English. But I hope everyone can enjoy watching these very glorious moments for the Spanish National Football Team who won the European Championship hosted by Austria-Switzerland defeating fellow favourites Germany and Rafael Nadal who won at last the Wimbledon championships ending the winning streak of the Swiss international Roger Federer.

Euro Cup Finals in Ernst Happel Stadium, Vienna, Austria.

The only goal celebrated by Spain scored by Fernando "El Niño" Torres. King Juan Carlos I, Queen Sofia, Prime Minister José Luis Rodriguez Zapatero and all Spanish supporters celebrated the goal.

Also in this video, the medal ceremonies as Germany receives the silver medal and Spain were given the gold medal with their goalkeeper and captain Iker Casillas lifting up the Euro Cup for his team after everyone were given their medals. Casillas is the very first goalkeeper-captain to raise the trophy in history of the European Championships. Spain defeated Germany by a score of 1-0.

A closer look at the goal of Fernando Torres. German defender Philipp Lahm was muscled off and outran by Torres who flicked the ball over opposition keeper Jens Lehmann and watched the ball roll all the way to the net. Germany was strong early on the first half, but Spain was the stronger side later on making more chances on goal.

Torres' goal came in on the 33rd minute. Another great chance was made after when Spain made a break with Andrés Iniesta running forward unchallenged who then passed the ball to unmarked David Silva missing the opportunity of a second goal in succession.

Fernando Torres interviewed after winning the gold medal and given the Carlsberg Man of the Match with his goal being the only decisive one between the "La Roja" and the German selection. Torres plays for Liverpool FC in the English Premier League on the Club Level. Liverpool fans surely are hoping for Torres to bring the club to glory next season.

Though it's not in this video, David Villa who was not fit to play in the finals was awarded the golden boot for scoring the most goals in the tournament with 4 goals - he scored a hat trick against Russia in the group stages as well as the game winner against Sweden also in the group stages. Fernando Torres scored 2 goals including the game winner against Germany, Dani Güiza also scored 2 goals, Cesc Fabregas, Xavi Hernández, David Silva, and Rubén de la Red also scored goals for Spain in the Euro Cup 2008.

The European Champions Spain are welcomed in Madrid by their fans. Spain waited for 44 years to win again the Euro Cup, the last one was in 1964 in Madrid making them the first host nation in the history of the tournament to win the cup.

Pepe Reina (goalkeeper wearing the #23 shirt, the last number of the 23 man squad and the speaker for the team) together with his teammates - Euro Cup Champions Spain - is entertaining their fans with his "Camarero (Waiter)" songs.

Finalizó la primera vuelta de la liga y llegó la tan esperada Barrio's Cup, en la que los equipos demuestran a un partido único cual es su verdadero nivel de juego. El sorteo emparejó a tres de los teóricos favoritos en el mismo grupo (Milán, Inter y Chelsea) dejando el camino relativamente fácil para el 4 equipo fuerte de la liga, el Manchester. La tensión de la copa se vivió desde el primer encuentro destacando sobre todo el partido Milán-Chelsea. Si los italianos se mostraron superiores en liga, esta vez los de Jaime Palacini no pudieron con las contras demoledoras del Chelsea. Los ingleses tras superar a su bestia negra en primera ronda, disputaron la semifinal de la copa contra el otro grande del grupo, el Inter de Luí Jimeni. Ambos equipos estuvieron muy igualados durante los 90 minutos, igualdad que se mantuvo durante la próroga llegando así a la lotería de los penaltis. Hay estuvieron mejor los ingleses que tras mucho esfuerzo pasaron a la final con suerte pero de manera justa.

Paralelamente se disputaron los encuentros del otro lado de las eliminatorias donde el Manchester se fue imponiendo primero al Bayern en un partdio fácil para los de Sir Gerard Raimon. En el otro encuentro, el derby español entre Barça y Madrid, los blancos comandados por su técnico suplente Sir Victor Marble se impusieron por la mínima a los blaugranas gracias a un "saviolazo", un gol desde más de 30 metros del Conejo Saviola. En la semifinal que enfrentó a Manchester y R. Madrid no hubo lugar para la suerte y los diablos rojos pasaron literalmente por encima de los blancos.

Así pues se llegó a la esperada final entre Manchester y Chelsea. En liga los dos clubs ingleses habían empatado a 2. La final fue un reflejo del juego de ambos equips durante el torneo: el Manchester mucho más ofensivo jugando bien por las bandas y dejando el peso del ataque a sus grandes estrellas C.Ronaldo, Ronney, Giggs y Saha. Mientras que el Chelsea basó su juego en una defensa sólida, un centro del campo contundente y una gran efectividad en ataque con Shevchenko y Drogbá. El partido fue muy igualado, con ocasiones para ambos pero sin llegar a batir a ninguno de los dos guardametas. Con un panorama semejante el gol solo podía llegar por alguna genialidad de los cracks y en eso el Manchester fue un poco mejor. Los diablos rojos supieron aprovechar la gran calidad de C. Ronaldo quien en una jugada sin aparente peligro se hizo un hueco cerca de la frontal para sacar un gran tiro colocado por la escuadra ante  el que Cech no pudo hacer nada (1-0). Con ventaja para el Manchester el partido se abrió un poco más ya que el Chelsea tenía que irse al ataque. Los londinenses llegaron en varias ocasiones a la portería de Van der Sar pero unas veces por las intervenciones del meta holandés y otras por falta de acierto de los delanteros no consiguieron empatar. Así, con un solitario gol de C.Ronaldo, el Manchester se alzó con la copa de campeón de la Barrio's Cup, otorgando a Sir Gerard Raimon el primer título de la temporada.

A promising beginning that had a familiar theme for Cleveland fans (there's always next year). What was next for the club? A T.V deal of course. On April 7, 2008, the City Stars announced a deal with SportsTime Ohio that will see all of the team's home games aired on the station. Each match will air tape delayed on game night. Replays will be aired on Sundays. Play-by-play and color commentary will be provided by Desmond Armstrong, 1994 World Cup TV commentator and former US national team player, and Glen Duerr, a former City Stars player.

The City Stars are owned by Cleveland Soccer Foundation, a 501 non for profit organization. They have a mission an a motto--"Serving the city, changing the world." They hold free clinics in cities around Cleveland.

In 2008 they've played been near the top of the table as well. Currently they're in second place with 23 points (after 13 matches) 5 points behind the Charlotte Eagles.  At home the Green Army has gone 3-0-3 scoring 9 goal while allowing only 1. Average attendance in 2007 was about 1,417. The team played the Columbus  Crew to a 2-2 draw in a reserve friendly. The Crew needed a late score to secure the draw. They moved into the third round of The Lamar Hunt U.S. Open cup, but their goal of defeating an MLS club fell short when they lost 4-1 to Chicago Fire.

Next up for the Cleveland City Stars is a return home to face Western Mass Pioneers. It takes place Friday with a matinée start time of 3 pm.

Catcher Chris Snyder left Monday night's game after getting hit by a foul tip in the groin area. About an hour before Tuesday's game the Diamondbacks put him on the 15-day disabled list with a left testicular fracture.

From eMedicine: “Testicular rupture or fractured testis refers to a rip or tear in the tunica albuginea resulting in extrusion of the testicular contents.”

I looked into to this a little and it seems like the tunica albuginea helps keep all the contents of the testicles where they are supposed to be.  It's a like a tear in a sausage casing...a rip in the beanbag chair...a hole in the pastry bag...a, well, I'm sure you get it now.  It's not good.

Could this have been avoided?  Sure.  There is no way that Chris Snyder is wearing a cup.  There would have been some slight deflection and change in trajectory of the ball if he had been.  My question is why the hell not?!  Are cups uncomfortable?  I personally don't know but I'm sure they are uncomfortable.  Is Chris Snyder uncomforable now?  Probably more than he's ever been or will be in his entire life.  There was a collective groan from mankind when it happened.

Is there a positive side to this story?  Of course!  Every parent of a baseball player, no matter the age, should stress the importance of protecting the family jewels.  For a small fee you too can have high security around the package.  My 10 year old son, who happens to be a catcher, has learned to always wear his cup.  The video and description of the injury should be mandatory material for any little leaguer that has a "twig and berries."

On the lighter side, anyone who now gets an injury to the groin will have pulled a "Chris Snyder".

As my baby is heading towards her 18^th month, we are now slowly trying to ditch the bottle. This is especially important today, as it’s much easier to find a bisphenol-A-free sippy cup than a bottle.

We have stocked a few stainless steel cups, including a lovely and incredibly stylish coffee mug (actually, a muglet) that she enjoys to play with. Daytime drinks are OK, as she's happy to drink water and diluted juice from anything that promises a huge SPLASH! However, my baby prefers her bottles for a evening milk drink, and whenever she’s up at night for a sip of milk, she looks for her bottle (glass, not plastic, mind you).

During the day, I managed to convert her to sippy cup user. Here’s what worked for me and fellow mums:

1. Buy the prettiest, brightest plastic sippy cup made of safer polypropylene (plastic #5 marked on the bottom of the cup). When I was frantically searching the supermarket shelves for such cup, I was surprised to see that the gaudiest, tackiest, shimmery and glimmery Tommee Tippee cup was actually the safest. I am so glad many moms in our playgroup have these cups! 

AVOID baby cups made of plastic #7 that contains Bisphenol A.

2. Make a large hole in the nipple of the bottle you are currently using. The drink will flow more freely, and babies don’t like that! My friend helped her daughter ditch the bottle using just this trick.

3. Although straw cups are recommended only from 18 months, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t offer it earlier. Some babies prefer straw cups to sippy spouts.

4. Go cold turkey and remove all bottles at once. This approach may work if you have nerves of steel and have toughened them more by Ferber method of sleep training.

5. Offer a bribe for every bottle ditched. My friend used a “bottle faerie” method: she slipped a small gift under baby’s pillow for every bottle she promised not to drink from. Give your baby a small finger puppet, a tiny car, a ball, a book - anything that pleases her fancy. My daughter gets her high from bright socks.

Generally, I don’t see why make the fuss about your baby drinking from bottle longer than her peers. Just don’t feed her sugary drinks in it, and she’ll be just fine. Here, in England, kids go to school when they are 3 years old (ok, that’s nursery school but they do have cutest tiny uniforms) - and some still hold on to their dummies! Now, that’s the problem. So what if your little one wants her milk from the bottle? If this makes her happy, content, and calm, why not indulge in it for a little while? You aren’t competing for the title of the Totalitarian Mom of the Year, are you?

Nearly half a serving of water (Approx 4 fl oz, a single serving is 8) is neatly stored in these sealed cups on a flight from London.

Doesn't it remind you of grade school days when you got a sealed plastic cup of apple or grape juice from the cafeteria? Do kids today still get those?

So startete Björn am Sonntag morgen nach einer kurzen Nacht alleine und nahm die 106km, die diesmal über 2200Hm hatte, in Angriff. Sein härtester Konkurrent war wie schon in Clausthal-Zellerfeld Stefan Danowski (Team TrengaDE), der als Vorjahressieger der Ultra-Distanz von Bad Goisern zur Zeit auch in sehr guter Form ist. Es waren zwei Runden überwiegend auf Forst- und Waldwegen zu absolvieren, und Anfangs der zweiten Runde hatten sich Stefan Danowski, Christopher Zimmermann (Marin) und Björn etwas abgesetzt. Björn versuchte wieder dieselbe Taktik wie im Harz zu fahren und wartete lange mit seinem Angriff. 20km vor dem Ziel kam dann die entscheidende Attacke an einem langen Anstieg und keiner der beiden Konkurrenten konnte folgen. Kein Defekt oder Sturz hielt Björn jetzt noch auf und so konnte er ungefährdet seinen zweiten Sieg dieses Jahr bei einem Marathon für das Team idworx-offtraxx.net einfahren. Gleichzeitig unterbot er den Streckenrekord um mehrere Minuten. Jetzt kommen noch einige Tage Training auf ihn zu bevor es am Donnerstag zusammen mit Holger Richtung Bad Goisern geht, dem größten Marathon Österreich mit inzwischen über 3000 Meldungen.

To have it all on the outside – money, success, lots of stuff - but falling apart on the inside?

Sin, grief, anger – these things have a corrosive effect on our souls. But also, the stress, the pressure of keeping a job, finding a job, keeping a family or relationship together – what does all of this do to our souls? We depend on ourselves; we turn inward; we go off the path; we turn away from the one who loves us most.

And ultimately, our souls become like a wilderness or a desert.

We need to be restored!

Today, when we think of restoration, we probably think of the spa. But there is something better than anything a spa can offer…

The definition of restoration is, “to bring back to its former state; to bring back from a state of ruin, decay, disease, or the like.”

You see, from the beginning of the Bible in Genesis to the end in Revelation – the goal was reconciliation and restoration between us and God. God’s pursuit of us and then the cross through which the reconciliation was achieved. And because of the person on that cross, Jesus, God got personal, literally. And through Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit we can be restored in souls and in our lives.        

Psalm 23 offers us this pathway to restoration guided by the Lord, the shepherd. Jesus calls himself the good shepherd in John 10. Think about it, a shepherd is personal, gentle when necessary, but also protective and patient.

As you might imagine the biggest obstacle to Jesus the shepherd leading us to being restored is …us…

But we are going to change that today…

Receive what His hand provides

He comforts…

The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want

            Not lacking in anything spiritual

He makes me lie down in green pastures

            Being fed with and resting in, God’s best

He leads me beside still waters

                        What refreshes you?

Are you thirsty?

He restores…

He restores my soul

He knows what we need. We don’t need a day at the spa, we don’t need more money, we need a restored soul. And he wants to give it to us abundantly. This Psalm begins and ends with the Lord – “The Lord is my shepherd, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.”

Our souls were not meant to be deserts, dry and deserted - they were to be places of pastures and quiet waters – overflowing with the presence of God – the Holy Spirit.

Whatever is going on in your life today…

If you want rest and comfort,

If you want to feel his protection when you are in the darkest valleys,

If you want the “cup” of your soul to overflow with goodness and mercy,

If you want true abundance,

Hur som helst tog vi oss iväg mot Ö-vik och Gottnes linjelopp. Några km utanför Umeå händer något tråkigt då en ungkatt springer ut framför bilen och för en sann kattälskare kändes det inge vidare att dundra rakt över den stackars katten. Det var inte långt ifrån att vi struntade i dagens tävling på grund av detta. Men vi tog tag i oss och fortsatte färden. Nånting på bilen gick sönder då det forsade spolarvätska från bilen. Så jag får ta och kolla upp det dom närmaste dagarna..

Väl i Gottne så hade jag inte direkt lång tid till att förbereda mig utan det var mest sätta på nummerlappen och värma upp 5 minuter för att sedan starta. Benen kändes ganska okej men saknade det lilla extra som man så gärna vill ha på tävling. Starten var rätt lugn och jag klarade av de backar jag fruktat så mycket innan loppet väldigt bra. Efter ett par mil tänkte jag försöka känna lite på mina ben och hjälpa till med farthållningen. När jag gick fram och ökade farten lite så fick jag en lucka direkt och när jag väl insåg det så försökte jag trycka på lite extra. Ganska snabbt var en annan kille på min rulle och vi jagade ikapp en Vertex-åkare som låg solo framför klungan. När vi väl hämtat in honom så började jag känna att den här utbrytningen var nog inget för mig. Så i en backe tyckte jag klungan låg väl nära så jag tänkte inte anstränga mig för att hänga med utbrytningen upp. Precis när jag började droppa bak anslöt sig lite mer folk, men jag hade bestämt mig för att ta det lugnt och vänta in klungan. Det kanske jag inte skulle gjort för denna utbrytning var den som höll för dagen!!

Iofs hade jag inte haft något att göra i utbrytningen för jag hade aldrig orkat hjälpa till på ett bra sätt utan kanske mest förstört för de andra. Utbrytarna hade dock lite "tur" på slutet då det hade inträffat en stor vurpa vid mål. Så när klungan var påväg ikapp utbrytarna på väg mot spurten så blev vi i klungan stoppade(de hann aldrig stoppa täten). Såg ut som att det var en ganska hemsk vurpa och att det gått några nyckelben och säkert lite hjärnskakningar också.

Hur som helst var det en rolig tävling på en bra bana som var lagomt tuff för min del. Hade inga större problem att hänga med uppför backarna, så det är väldigt positivt. Synd bara att det aldrig blev någon spurt, hade varit kul att testa sig lite och se om man kunde nå någon topplacering.
